Project: CPMS management reporting

Premier needed to organize data they collect in several disparate systems and create actionable management reporting. Fletcher Grant worked with several departments at Premier to create design specifications. Then, we quickly produced working prototypes of a web-based database system to collect and report on the metrics needed to manage a claims processing operation. Our rapid development tools and careful project management meant functionality was online fast - and Premier management was able to make well-informed decisions to continue the company's rapid growth.

Project: Music charts - sales research portal

Billboard's challenge was to consolidate their year-end charts into a portal that ties all charts together by common threads, like artists and labels. This valuable information fuels the sales team's advertising sales for the year-end publication. Since Fletcher Grant has intimate knowledge of the data that drives music promotion, we were able to create a one-step Web portal that consolidates all of Billboard's year-end charts into a format designed specifically for the sales team. Thanks to our know-how, the sales team can tell a powerful story to their clients - and increase ad sales.

Project: Jiffy Lube Direct Marketing Portal

Xander was given the task to update Jiffy Lube's direct marketing portal with a focus on modernization and ease of use. To accomplish this task, Xander needed to augment their experience in developing direct marketing applications with proven high-performance Microsoft.Net platform skillsets. That's where Fletcher Grant came in. Our up-to-date Microsoft.Net skills helped Xander design and develop a robust and scalable solution for Jiffy Lube.

Project: QNXT Claims Processing Support and Integration

Mercy Healthplans provides numerous custom-configured health plans to small and medium-sized business. They called Fletcher Grant for help integrating their complex business model with their newly-purchased QNXT claims processing system. We developed tools that allow Mercy to maintain data control projects and rules and benefit configuration in their own customer-designed Web application. With these tools, Mercy manages complex configuration elements and rules in a way that best suits their business - while the system automatically integrates into the claims processing system.

Project: Integrated Client Portal and Product Locator

In expanding it's operations from Europe to the USA this ultra-chic beauty product manufacturer/distributor needed a portal for its approved salons which streamlined partner membership data with their web-based product locator functions. Fletcher Grant automated the entire process to manage new and existing partner relationships, then integrated the data in realtime with a fresh new product locator featuring google maps functionality.

Nielsen Broadcast Data Systems utilized Fletcher Grant expertise to help make their vision of a new product into reality. Our software architecture and development knowledge were key to bringing a whole new product online for NBDS, and we helped them create a solid, high performance decision support and management reporting system utilizing the latest Microsoft.Net and AJAX technologies for a brand new base of clients.
